The designs behind Hobo International are the work of Toni Ray, who learned her leather stuff back in the seventies working for Georgetown Leather Design, a boutique leather goods store that was so groovy even the hippies would pay full price. In 1991, Ray founded Hobo International when she cashed in her retirement savings.
