Beware of MIMI AND PORTER....Never order anything from them !!!

I ordered a handbag from MIMI AND PORTER and i must say i am completely dissatisfied with them. They are totally rubbish and send roadside stuff. I paid $365 for a bag but it is not worth $10 also. I was ripped off by them. They sell all pirated and used stuff. Never trust them.

It is a complete waste of money. They say they are in Australia and Paris but they deal from China. Never buy from them, they are scammers. They sell Credit card statement shows Stalk Distribution, which is Canada based company and deals in Auto parts. Again a fraud....how can we trust them.

You have to fight for your money. When you call them they assure you to return the money but, they will never return the charges on your credit card. I also have my friends who have been charged twice on their card by them.

yeah, i agree with this. i also ordered handbag for my wife but i was greatly disappointed with the quality of their handbag. so i reccomend not to buy anything from these scammers. 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

very upset with these fraud masters.....who managed to send me an e-mail declining my credit card and then put a transaction through which I did not authorise. They sell fake stuff as I have read on several message boards and haven't even sent me anything. To anyone wanting to deal with them PLEASE DO NOT. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

OMG! I would normally read comments and feedbacks before purchasing from any online store that isnt established or recommended by the media (at least you know its legit!).

I experienced the same problem and my worse fears have been confirmed, i suppose! I asked them several times if their products are authentic and they confirmed it. And there is no where on their website that states its a replica. I mean, just be honest, right! Their service is excellent though... they always get back to me and always assured me so I guessed I was fooled into believing them. Basically allayed my fears, so i trusted them.

BUT the fact that they did not put that its a replica shows that they are dishonest.

I was very weary of such stores so i bought a small item on mimiandporter, cos I wanted to see the quality before purchasing a LV bag (Authentic LV bags do not come with a tag attached around the handles. In some of their pictures, the LV bags' tags are attached... I was totally floored when i saw that).

Anwyays.. so i purchased an item that cost me more than USD$250 though it was a small bag. I've been waiting for 1 month and 1 week now !!! And am beginning to think that I've been scammed and will NEVER see my bag.

They told me they had problems with their courier, then had problems with the customs (Red-flag!!! why would you have problems with customs??!!). So till today, I have yet to receive my bag.

So yeah, im sticking to buying the real things from boutique stores now... at least witj the same amount of money, i can get myself an authentic coach bag! And if that's all that I can afford, so be it! 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

Yeah... ive been waiting for more than 1 month now for my bag to arrive. Still no word from them. They told me they were having problems wiht their courier and customs and now it's ok but still, 2 weeks and nothing.

I dont think they are ever gonna send us our stuff :( 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

I ORDER A BAG FROM MIMI AND PORTER ON THE 2/2/09 THESE THEIVES TOOK MY MONEY AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE BAG. MY UK CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS NOW INVESTIGATING. THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Sane with me..... i had spent a nice amount with them on march 8th and never herd from them again... they need to close this site down and put those people in the big house.................. thats the top quilty they desever.... Do you find this valuable?

I ordered an LV bag from them in Feb '09. It's April and I still havn't seen it, nor can I get an answer from them. They don't even reply anymore. The customer svc # is no longer in order and nobody responds to the svc e-mail site. I lost al that $ for nothing! Do you find this valuable?

I FELL INTO THE MIMI AND PORTER SCAM THE ONLY THING IS I NEVER RECEIVED MY HANDBAG I LOST $341.00 Do you find this valuable?

I ordered my LV bag in January, finally it was sent to me in April. The bag is nice, it looks real, it smells like real leather and feels like real leather but it is not the bag I ordered! When I asked them before I placed my order if I could return it they told me yes and without a restocking fee or paying for shipping, the bag is still sitting on my dresser and the company still will not answer or return any of my calls or emails. And when i first called asking how to send it back they told me it would be 110$ for restocking and 70 for shipping. What a scam. Don't waste your time or money buying from these people, they suck. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
