Another option would be just to find the nearest leather repair shop. If Louis Vuitton gives you too high of an estimate, I would go and see how much a leather repair shop would charge you. I've gotten repair work done their on leather shoes in the past and have been happy with the results. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

My zipper was also broken. I took it to a LV retail store to send it in for an ESTIMATE. It was returned fixed and with a bill of $270.00. The form was clearly marked "Price Estimate Requested". Am I expected to pay this bill?? Do you find this valuable?

The store should receive an invoice from the repair department wish the actual cost. I am having this same problem where the estimate was clearly more than the actual cost should be but they can't find the invoice from the repair department. I don2't know wh\y they are giving me such a problem, but they are. I would not pay anything unless you see the actual cost from the repair department, not the store!!!! 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

just bring it in to a LV store and they repair it for free. my friend brought it in, left it and she was mailed a brand new LV purse FREE, Do you find this valuable?
